Why should I use you a my travel agent?
Even in the age of online booking, travel agents are a great source of information. A travel agent can make sure that your trip is tailored to you, assist you in case of unexpected problems, and help you anticipate potential issues in advance. We are there with you every step of the way.
If your not sure where to go or which room would suit you best I can help with that! I give my clients valuable information on the location that they are traveling to as well! I have made a lot of location information guides for different locations all around the world that I send to you in a pdf form and you can print them out and take them on the go! I also give you proposals and itineraries that are easy to look at and are detailed. I take care of everything for you from start to finish!
Will I pay more if I book through an agent?
I only charge fees for my customized trips/itineraries and bigger groups- otherwise my service and expertise is free!
My fees for my customized trips/ itineraries and group trips are discussed in our initial discovery call. I always focus on making sure that you get a solid value in return for my fees. You'll find that the value of this cost far outweighs the price. You deserve to enjoy time with your loved ones so let me take care of the planning and all of the details that come along with that.
Do you book group travel?
Yes! Do you have an upcoming family reunion, student trip,
girls/ guys getaway or multi-generational vacation? I can handle the details and ensure that you have a great trip!
Do I get anything special by working with you?
Yes! I can sometimes get specials through my host agency that you can't get online yourself! If you have a group I can sometimes get special offers for your group.
I make sure you know about the location that your traveling to. I have made quite a few information documents that I send to my clients so they can read and learn about the city or country they are going to! I send emails periodically through out the whole vacation process as well.
You don't have to lift a finger if you need to cancel, or if an issue arises with your vacation I am the one that is on hold taking care of your reservation not you!
I can be full on hands helping you every step of the way even during travel- you can't get that from an online booking site!
You get my years of experience and expertise that an online booking engine doesn't have. I try and go to the places I book and if I haven't been there I can reach out to hundreds of travel professionals in my host agency and ask them! I do lots of in person and online training courses to better myself in the destinations that I sell. I will not put you in a hotel, resort, tour, or cruise that I would not go on myself. The only way that I would do this is if you specifically ask for it.
When you have questions or concerns you can email, text, call or DM me on facebook and I will respond back in a timely manner-- this means no waiting on hold for minutes or hours to talk to someone!
I know your vacation personally since I am the one that booked it- this means you will not have to wait for someone to look everything up and try and figure out what is going on.
Most of the locations and companies I work with are trusted business partners and a lot of them have in destination teams to help out!
